Pine Knoll Nursing Center is a family oriented skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Pine Knoll is conveniently located in Lexington off of Route 2, near the Arlington, Belmont and Waltham town lines. Pine Knoll is fully licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and participates in both the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Pine Knoll also accepts most HMO contracted plans or private long term care insurance.

Pine Knoll is an 81-bed nursing center for both men and women, offering semi-private, four-bed and private rooms at varying price levels. Pine Knoll is consistently one of the highest rated facilities in the region for our Quality of Care. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
