Greenwood is a 36-bed  nursing facility, providing a continuum of care for patients requiring both short and long-term care services. Greenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been designed for the comfort of our residents and to speed recovery. Greenwood is conveniently located near Wakefield center, 20 minutes north of Boston. Wakefield is adjacent to Reading, Peabody, Stoneham and Melrose, and a short distance to both Routes 93 and 495.
