The Long Term Centers Group has been delivering quality health care to seniors in Massachusetts for over 22 years. In 1981, the Woods and Moran families purchased Mill Pond Rest Home in Ashland, Massachusetts. From there, the families acquired Greenwood Nursing Center in Wakefield, Serenity Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Wrentham and Pine Knoll Nursing Center in Lexington. Each nursing center has been among the highest rated in their respective communities, and is considered among the highest rated homes in Massachusetts.

Long Terms Centers  Managment Team

Thomas E. Woods, Fellow ACHCA
C.E.O. & President

Mr. Woods is the co-founder and President of the Long Term Centers Group. Thomas has been a licensed nursing home administrator in Massachusetts for nearly 25 years. He holds a Fellowship in the American College of Health Care Administrators, a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, and is considered one of the top long term care consultants in Massachusetts. Mr. Woods is currently the Administrator at Pine Knoll Nursing Center in Lexington.
 

Jack Harrington, C.P.A.
Chief Financial Officer

Jack Harrington has been with the Long Term Centers Group since 1999. Jack came to the LTC Group with nearly 20 years in long term care accounting experience, and is a wonderful asset to all of our nursing centers. Jack is a graduate of Stonehill College with a BS in Accounting.

Matthew Sweeney, M.S.
Chief Operations Officer

Matt Sweeney has worked in the health care field for over 12 years, and has experience in the tertiary hospital care, managed care and long term care fields. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, and an M.S. in Health Care Management from Lesley College. Matt has been the Administrator at Serenity Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center since 1999
 

Lisa Pircio

Mill Pond Rest Home

Lisa has worked with the Long Term Centers Group for several years as a consultant before moving into a full-time role as the Administrator of Mill Pond in 2006. Lisa has several years experience in the long term care field.
 

Janet Callahan, B.S.N.
Administrator
Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Janet Callahan is the most recent addition to the LTC management team. Janet is the Administrator at Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and is their former Director of Nursing. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Salem State College, and provides a wealth of experience with over 20 years in healthcare administration. Janet’s experience as both a Director of Nursing and Administrator provides Greenwood a solid manager. 
 

Dolly Woods, R.N.
Director of Admissions

Dolly Woods is responsible for admissions to the Long Term Centers Group and handles the screening and application process for some of the nursing centers. Dolly is also the clinical consultant for the LTC Management Group. Dolly works in conjunction with the Administrators and operations team to ensure appropriate care delivery and quality improvement. Dolly received her R.N. from Laboure College and holds a B.S. in Health Care Administration from Stonehill College.
